Unbound Script, the “UnboundScript Website”, “website” or the “Service” will collectively be referred to as the “Platform” or the “UnboundScript Platform”.

UnboundScript.com (the “UnboundScript Website” or the “Service”) collectively referred to as the “Platform” or the “UnboundScript” or the “UnboundScript Platform”, are an online platform that facilitates its user to read, post stories and other writings including blog, podcast, photographs, text, phrases, cover images, graphics that user has created in Hindi and English languages (“Publication”), read/listen to Published work, blog, podcast, stories and other writings published by Company or UnboundScript.com (UnboundScript Content), and comments, reviews etc. on such works of others, communication with other users through chats on the website and user profile level details (“Content”) And the Publication/Contents uploaded to Unbound Script Platform are the opinions of those who have authored them.

As regards Publication, the Writers should only publish their original work including images such as cover images (unless it is in public domain) on Unbound Script Platform. Every writer upon publishing their original work on the Unbound Script Platform becomes the copyright owner of such work. After posting a content on Unbound Script Platform there is no change in the copyright ownership. Unbound Script Platform or M/S Unbound Script does not own the copyright for any content. All the ownership rights in the contents, materials etc will be retained by the person being the lawful owner.

Writers will not submit work that is copyrighted, protected by trademark or otherwise subject to intellectual property rights including but not limited to privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission or license or authority from their rightful owner, the necessary consents from any individuals whose personally identifiable information is contained in such contents posted, uploaded or sent.

Unbound Script Platform does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and Unbound Script Platform will remove all infringing contents if properly notified that such Contents infringes on another’s intellectual property rights or breaches the privacy of anyone without prior notice. If anyone uploads any content which infringes the intellectual property right of any person then the person who uploads such content will only be liable for such infringement and also agrees to indemnify and or compensate M/S Unbound Script its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, successors, and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) arising from such usage, breach of such terms, conditions or violation of any intellectual property rights, claim from any person or any other loss.

The UnboundScript platform contains material, such as software, text, graphics, images, sound recordings, audiovisual works, and other material provided by or on behalf of UnboundScript and will collectively be referred to as the “UnboundScript Content”. The UnboundScript Content may be owned by us or by third parties. Unauthorized use of the UnboundScript Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You have no rights in or to the UnboundScript Content, and you will not use the UnboundScript Content except as permitted under this Agreement. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from us. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original UnboundScript Content or any copy you make of the UnboundScript Content. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the UnboundScript Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute, or otherwise use the UnboundScript Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use or posting of the UnboundScript Content on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited.

Users should not copy or steal any content from UnboundScript Platform and post it on any other medium.

If you violate any part of this Agreement, your permission to access or use the UnboundScript Content and the Platform automatically terminates, and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the UnboundScript Content.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos, brand names, domain names of UnboundScript used and displayed on the Platform and other distinctive brand features of the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks of UnboundScript.com. Other company, product, and service names located on the Platform may be trademarks or service marks owned by others (the “Third-Party Trademarks”, and, collectively with UnboundScript Trademarks, the “Trademarks”). Nothing on the Platform should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use the Trademarks, without our prior written permission specific for each such use. Use of the Trademarks as part of a link to or from any site is prohibited unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by us in writing. All goodwill generated from the use of UnboundScript Trademarks inures to our benefit.

The UnboundScript.com may contain links to third party websites. Any such links are provided for your convenience only. UnboundScript.com does not control those websites, and is not responsible for their contents or practices, including their privacy practices. UnboundScript.com does not endorse the operators of those sites, nor does UnboundScript endorse or make any representations with respect to the contents of those sites or any products offered on those sites.

This Website and the Content and any other materials provided through the Platform are provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. UnboundScript.com DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS WEBSITE, THE CONTENT AND ANY OTHER MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE UNBOUNDSCRIPT PLATFORM, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, A COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE. If you believe that your work has been copied on the Platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at unboundscript@gmail.com alongwith (i) a description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed and its location on this Platform where such work is located; (ii) a description of the location of the original or an authorized copy of the copyrighted work; (iii) your address, telephone number and e-mail address; (iv) ) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law and (vi) an electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

We endeavour to take appropriate steps to resolve the issue within 30 working days of reporting.

If you find a user violating the copyrights and/ or Terms of Use, please report the user profile to us, we will block/ disable the user account with 72 hours of reporting.
